Nogodinid hemipteran leafhopper nymph

While watching red-eyed treefrogs and other frogs breeding in a pond in Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary, Belize, a student noticed a small (about 1 cm total length) unknown critter hiding under a leaf at about eye level.  We also found this insect at Las Cuevas in the Chiquibul National Park a few days later.

It is a nymph of a leaf hopper (Hemiptera) of the Family Nogodinidae.
